The sealant work we carry out includes:
Sealing internal windows, both before and after plastering for air tests and noise regulations.
Skirtings also for air tests and noise regulations.
Sanitaryware and worktops with mould resistant sealant.
Sealing floor tile joints – tiled and vinyl flooring – sealed in silicone to give a finish that is both neat and hygienic.
Externally to windows and doors for water proofing.
Expansion joints, internally and externally, in brick and blockwork, and where there is a fire rating this will be done in intumescent sealant.

A Few Highlights
Shower Room
This was formerly a kitchen converted to downstairs shower room and wc. Mastic Masters were commissioned to seal all areas including shower, toilet, sink, floor and corners following completion of the conversion works.
Kitchen
Following the installation of a new high quality finish kitchen sealant was required at the worktop edges and flooring edges to finish the project.
